We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to carry out electrical design and development tasks in Redditch. You will play a key role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, along with a team that supports the design, production, and fabrication departments. Your contributions will be vital to the company's ongoing rapid growth, particularly in delivering customized electrical systems for the Rail, Marine, and Commercial sectors.
· Designing and developing new products and overseeing them through to completion.
· Enhancing existing product lines.
· Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, bills of materials, and test reports.
· Providing technical support to customers both on-site and off-site, which may require national and international travel.
· Assisting other departments with technical issues.
· Testing products, gathering data, and compiling test reports.
· Ensuring that products comply with both mandatory regulations and customer-specific requirements.

At least 2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong CAD skills, especially in SolidWorks 2D/3D and AutoCAD 2D.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., PCB design software).
Experience with PLC/Logic Relay Programming and control systems.
Minimum qualifications: HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or similar (degree is desirable).
